Chilli bites recipe/fried sabs mirch

 Here's a simple recipe for chili bites:



### Ingredients:

- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan) — 1 medium onion, finely chopped — 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste) — 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves — 1 teaspoon cumin seeds — 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder — 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) — Salt to taste — Water, as needed — Oil for deep-frying


### Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

2. Gradually add water and mix until you get a thick batter consistency. 

The batter should be hard enough to hold its shape when dropped into hot oil.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame.

4. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil using a spoon or your hands.

5. Fry the chili bites in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.

6. Remove the chili bites from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

7. Serve chili bites with your favorite sauce or chutney.
